We book a call
We contact you to book a video call through Zoom. We can arrange an interpreter if you're not fluent in Auslan.
We find the right match
Once we understand what you need, we search our database of support workers to find the right one for you.
We meet your Team Leader
We set up a face-to-face or video call meeting with the Team Leader for the area you live in.
Paperwork
You'll need to fill out the necessary paperwork, depending on which service category you fall under.
Support begins
You'll meet with your support worker and support will commence.
We check in
We check in to make sure you're happy with the service, and see what else we can help you with.
