We will contact you to book a video call through Zoom (we can book an interpreter if you are not fluent in Auslan).
Once we understand what you need, we will search our database of support workers to find the right one for you.
We will set up a face to face or video call meeting with the Team Leader of the area you live.
You will need to fill out necessary paperwork (depending on what service category you fall under)
You will meet with your support worker and support will commence.
We will check in that you are happy with the service and see what else we can help you with
